Strategic Marketing Plan for T-station

1. My client is T-station's owner and founder. She has been so passionate about cooking that she decided to open up a restaurant. Since she is really young, she decides to target it to students ranging from middle school to universities students and she thought a good way to attract them is of course, bubble tea. Along with the bubble tea, she serves up meals from all around the world and combine them into one mid-size cafe.
2. I think Facebook would be the best social media tool for my client. It is the most used social media,effective and efficient. Through Facebook, she can update customers events, new menus, pictures of people having fun at T-station. And the best part of it is, its free!
3. 5 T's
Topic: My client wish people to talk about how good and cheap the foods and drink are in there. She wants her customers to talk about how good the ambiance was and share the good times they experienced in T-station.
Talker: My client has purposely make the cafe have that young vibe to it so that she can attract middle school students, high school students, college students and of course anyone who had a great experience with T-station!
Tools: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (video of them having fun).
Taking Part: of course joining conversations on Facebook, Twitter, youtube. Thanking them or even replying bad experiences.
Tracking: Keep track of bad experiences and make it as a reminder not to do it again, tracking "likes" on Facebook and make it as a target.
4. As for now, I would suggest my client to go with QR codes since it cost free rather than making apps. T-station is not at that level of being able to pay a programmer to make apps yet. However, QR code can be an effective substitute for it. QR codes can be posted in front of the cafe, on fliers/brochure/takeout menu and much more. This QR code can linked to the Facebook page and then people can add T-station as their friend. From this, they can be updated about events/new menus that is coming up. They can also upload their fun times on FB video and much more.
5. Since T-station are targeting students, they can make an alliance with the some high schools/ university group that funds student's tuition. I know that Seattle University does this kind of funding for the students that is in need but is not eligible for Financial Aid. T-station and it's consumer can help this students to get their education.
6. I will remind my client to keep her ethical standards up in order to be viewed credible. T-station must not automate any messages, disclose all conversations/blogs, and follow up with the government's health regulations.
