Chapter 7

Create and Enjoy
Customers want to enjoy, have fun and create their own personal profile/account and share it with other people. Based on that I think that it will be great to have customers create their own accounts on Jimmy Johns website, put their favorite sandwiches, their profile, their story with Jimmy John, then share it with other people, and make new friends. Besides that, have some games (making sandwiches online, run Jimmy John's restaurant online...) and apps for them to enjoy and play with other people in Jimmy Johns website. They also can upload pictures and video to their account and share with other people. Jimmy Johns will have prizes for most creative or funniest videos or highest-score player. By doing that, Jimmy Johns will appear in customers' minds not only as a sandwiches' restaurant but as a great play to enjoy, relax, and release stress, as well.

Exchange Outcomes and Learn
Besides of fun time, Jimmy Johns can create memorable time with meaningful experience by having their customer to help other people and local community as well. By cooperating with some non-profit organization to support local hunger and homeless people such as ( Northwest Harvest, Auburn food bank,....) to drive donation and can food and give it to local hungers and homeless. Support local hungers and homeless people to find a good job for them and help them make their lives better. Customers will be satisfied by helping other people and learn the sense of building community and make a better place step by steps.

Connect
Also, Jimmy Johns should keep its customers stay connected by updates on the websites or blog/facebook about up coming events, what other customers have done, recognize its customers' contribution in public, make them pleased. This will encourage other customers to join and create a better image of Jimmy Johns in customers' eyes by providing values to local communities.
