"I Want What I Want When I Want It"

Hello Everyone,

As stated in the text, convenience is critical in today's modern and busy world. Consumers want access to online content 24/7. They want to be able to pay bills anytime they want, shop anytime they want, and they want answers right away. Users also have access to the internet from their mobile devices, so they are always connected. Although this isn't shocking news, especially for this course, reading the text reminded me of just how needy consumers really are.

My client currently offers an online website where consumers can shop online. However, the website in lacking in giving consumers what they want when they want it. In order to improve the site, my client should explain clearly what he has to offer for custom ordering, and the time frame in which the orders can be finished and delivered. He should also offer price quotes for custom orders. Having this information available to the consumers helps give them all the information they need when they want it, and helps them make a decision if they will get the product that they want when they want it.

My client also must keep this idea in mind because if he does not perform, a consumer will probably blog or spread the news about their disappointing experience. Consumers expect service about and beyond the standard level, and my client should work hard to deliver this service. One way he can do this is by finishing orders before the quoted deadline, adding in extras that the client will not be charged for, and so on. One extra, for example, would be 20 free business cards with an order for custom menus.

Until next time,

Rache
