CRM

After reading the chapter, and re-reading the "Ten Rules for CRM Success," which of these steps is your personal client executing well and which steps could your client be executing better? Please explain why.

Northwest Immigrant's Rights Project is currently make huge efforts to reconnect with their donors. The book suggests segmenting your donors by the amount they contribute. According to the book, the highest donors would get some kind of special treatment or offer to continue their engagement and emphasize retention rather than acquisition. NWIRP has been making efforts to reconnect with donors through mailings, updating them of the work the organization is doing, and encouraging donors to continue to participate. This is a great start, but there are multiple options for the organization to use via social marketing.

As I mentioned previously, NWIRP could do a lot more to commercialize donor relationships through promise fulfillment. NWIRP has to find ways to give actual brand experiences to donors in order to increase their donor wallet share. NWIRP has to get to know their customers in order to gain more information and build trust. The organization also needs to focus on engaging stakeholders:employees who actively participate in the CRM strategy help create positive images surrounding the brand.
