1. How effective do you believe online display advertising is compared to other media and why?
In my opinion, the reasons why online display advertising is more successful than other media are: First, social media tools such as Facebook, twitter, blogs are such a huge phenomenon nowadays. People use those a lot and so, that the great place for online display advertising to be posted. People see the ads while they are using. This leads to the second reason is online display advertising doesn't distract user a lot such as TV ads. They are displayed on the side of the webpage rather than jump right in the middle of the movie or a TV shows. People tend to ignore what explores to them often so that why people hate TV ads but not online display ad.

2. Why do you believe "Will It Blend" has been so successful?
Will it blend is successful because the company has created an odd name to drive people attention and curiosity. People are wondering what that video is. And that makes them do nothing but watch the video and share it to friends. "Will it blend" also knows that people nowadays like iphone and other Apple's stuffs. Therefore, they created a video which they tries to blend the iphone. It was great move, because when people look up for iphone information on Google or Youtube the video will be showed in the result and people will question "What is this? It sounds interesting to me." The video also was successful because it was humorous and that's why people can't stop talking about it. That is the power of word of mouth in Social media and "Will it blend" has utilize this power in the smartest way.

3. Name what you believe are the three most important rules for successful e-mail marketing and explain why.
First, Make the email simple and direct. As a customer, I hate to open an email that too complicating, ton of word and I have no clue what it is trying to say. It is so annoying and making non sense. Businesses should create a simple email to lead their customer to the main point because if businesses fail to do that. Customer will ignore the content of the email from now on.

Second, give the customer the reason to read your email. If the customers are not interested in your email why should they read it. An successful email should be a email that catch people interest from the first glance.

Finally, Make it easy to forward to the next person. The company should create an email that is easy for their customers to forward it to their friends again and again. The email should be inclusive with all readers no matter how many times they have forwarded it. By doing that, the companies give their customers reason to tell their friends about the business.
