Digital Marketing Survey

What I learned
"Four of the six most effective features for imporoving customer experience, either deployed or panned, were in the mobile category". I found this interesting for the meere reason that I had never realized how important the aspect of mobile was. Especially four out of the six most effective features. It gives me more insight for ideas fr my client, Cha Cha Lounge. I feel the moble advertising, promotions, and bar-coded coupons are definately something useful to keep customers coming back.

Client Idea
While reading the "ROI mixed for social and mobile" section i really though about the aspect of conversation. I think it would be great for my client, Cha Cha Loung, to develope some sort of promotion in which thier would be huge viral conversation happening. I though about possibly a change in the decore. They have a lot of photos of previous cutomers while at their bar, and they could have a promotion in which they would simply be putting up newer photos. I think this would be something customers would deffinatly talk about and would even be interested in the opportunity to possibly have their mug shots put up in the bar!
