1. My client is a friend of mine that opens up a bubble tea store at Shoreline. She has been so passionate about cooking all her life and she decided to open up a bubble tea store to attract students and young generations to come and taste her foods as well. She serves all kind of Asian snacks, meals, and of course bubble tea drinks.
2. I decided to have T-station as my client because she often say that her marketing wise is not as strong as she would have want it to be. She is so busy with maintaining the store itself that she has no time to deal with the marketing. Although T-station has a Facebook page already,my client doesn't realize that social media is a very easy tool kit to market her company and this is why I am here to help her.
3.Since she is so busy all the time, an easy-to-follow up campaign idea for her is to held up a game night every weekend. Let's be honest, there isn't much places to go in Seattle, especially in the rainy days. Shopping malls get quite boring and there is not much option for students. Where can they relax without sending so much money? I will take advantage of these facts and suggest my client to held up a game night. Every entry will cost $5 and customer's will be noticed that the when they pay the $5 they can play the game night AND donate to the International African Fund for the people in need in Africa. The games will not cost my client since there is no expenses. The games will not involve any Kin of technology such as PS3. I have no idea what kind of games will be held, but for sure, it is the type where it will engage customer's attention and keep them coming.
4. T-station has got their own Facebook page but they only have pictures of their upcoming menu for the weekend. We can use this Facebook page to invite people to come and join the event. If T-station succeed in hosting the first game night, the rest of the marketing will be easy because the the Word of Mouth of students to students is really strong because they don't have much to do or talk about, unlike business people.
